Glenn Kerkhof — Chief Executive Officer. BCom, MBA Glenn joined Chiltern as Chief Executive Officer in August 2006. Prior to this he was General Manager Operations for the global clinical research business of Charles River Laboratories (CRL:NYSE), formely part of Inveresk Research Group. Glenn brings 13 years industry experience to Chiltern and with his management team and support from Czura Thornton has established Chiltern as a fast growing, high quality supplier of clinical research services and contract personnel to pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients worldwide. |

Roland Boyd — Chief Financial Officer. BA, FCA Roland was formerly Group Financial Controller of Inveresk Research Group, Inc. (IRGI:NASD) and prior to that spent 20 years with Arthur Anderson latterly as an audit partner. Mr Boyd has extensive experience in financial roles including auditing, taxation and mergers and acquistions. |
