Lewis Cameron  — Chief Executive Officer.

Lewis Cameron has more than 20 years experience in the medical laboratory, biotechnology and clinical research fields. Prior to joining the company in 2009, he was the Executive Vice President of Global Country Management & Business Development for Chiltern, a global Contract Research Organization (CRO) with 1,400 employees and operations in more than 40 countries. Lewis has a BSc degree in biology from Edinburgh University in Scotland, an MSc in biotechnology from Reading University in the UK, and an MBA from Instituto de Empresa in Madrid, Spain.

Grant Gibson — Chief Financial Officer.

Grant Gibson, CA, CBV, has full responsibility for the finance and accounting of the Company, including tax and treasury functions. Prior to joining Clearstone in 2007, Grant held positions at ?lan Pharmaceuticals, Deloitte & Touche and Ernst & Young. Grant is a chartered accountant (Ontario, Canada) and graduated from the Richard Ivey School of Business with an Honors of Business Administration degree.
