London, UK, August 24, 2009: Chiltern International Limited (Chiltern), a global clinical research organization (CRO) announced that it has opened a new office in Edinburgh, Scotland.
Chiltern’s newest office is located in the heart of Edinburgh city centre in The Stamp Office, situated on the east side of Edinburgh’s famous Princes Street, occupying one of the capital’s historic former government buildings. Fully renovated last year, this office is operated by the growing number of staff from across Chiltern’s range of services.
Jonathan Kinnell, Manager of the Edinburgh office, commented, “We are delighted to have moved into this large, centrally-based office. The Edinburgh staff recognise this as a long term commitment by Chiltern to establish a strong presence in Scotland and further develop our services and reach within the UK.”
The Edinburgh office marks the 4th new office that Chiltern has opened in 2009, having welcomed staff to new offices in Belgium, Hungary and Brazil, continuing growth in line with Chiltern’s strategy for increased global coverage.
